Shaun has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, working throughout New Zealand as well as overseas. After completing his apprenticeship Shaun moved to the UK and spent 3 years remodelling and renovating units in London, before returning to New Zealand to spend a number of years building apartments, shops and residential houses in Whitianga, Coromandel.
He then decided to relocate to Australia and spent seven years living in Airlie Beach, Australia building high-end luxury homes on Hamilton Island. Shaun returned to New Zealand with his young family 12 years ago to establish Caird Construction with his wife Kate and has been building quality homes throughout the Hauraki Plains and Coromandel ever since.
